Workright provides premium eLearning content and Ontario compliance training for organizations of any size, in any industry. But our foundation isn't compliance, it's psychological safety. We believe training works best when it's grounded in real clinical understanding of how people think, feel, and change, not just what the law requires. That belief shapes every course we build, from foundational legislation like OHSA and AODA to our certificate programs in mental health, harassment prevention, and leadership.
Workright began with a single harassment prevention program built to address a real gap in Ontario workplaces, and has grown into a library of more than 100 certificate courses used in over 1,800 workplaces globally. Along the way, our approach helped shape provincial legislation and our commitment to psychologically safe workplaces has never changed.
