Turning Challenging Conversations into Successful Collaborations

We all experience challenging conversations at work. Conversations tend to become difficult when the person receiving the message responds negatively or when we experience anxiety about delivering the message and don’t know what to say or how to say it. These scenarios happen to all of us at some point in time, but challenging conversations tend to crop up often in the workplace, where personalities may clash and timelines can cause stress.

This e-learning course is unique in that it leads you to self-awareness through information and exercises so you can first deal with your own internal barriers that contribute to challenging conversations and communication. It then guides you toward the ability to create successful collaborations by providing the scripts and skills you need to deliver your message in a positive way and turn challenging conversations in a collaborative direction.
